We all have things that we value most about ourselves — whether it's our sense of humour, our intelligence, or our ability to make others laugh. But what if we don't know what those things are? How can we find out? Luckily, there's a quick and easy way to do just that!

In order to discover what you value most about yourselves, simply ask yourselves the following question: “If I could only keep one thing about myself, what would it be?” The answer to this question will reveal a great deal about what you believe is most important to you.

For example, let's say that you value your sense of humour above all else. This might be because you enjoy making others laugh, or because you feel that laughter is the best medicine. Regardless of the reason, it's clear that your sense of humour is something that you hold dear

On the other hand, if you value your intelligence above all else, it might be because you believe that knowledge is power. Or, it could be because you've worked hard to achieve your current level of intelligence and believe that it sets you apart from others.

Conclusion:

Take a few minutes to ask yourselves the question above — “If I could only keep one thing about myself, what would it be?” — and see what answer pops into your head. Chances are, it will reveal a great deal about what you value most about yourselves! And once you know what that is, you can start working on making it even stronger!
